At Camel ADV, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
